Eating a Chajá in Paysandú, Uruguay

Chajás are a frozen desert which are popular throughout Uruguay. They are made in the City of Paysandú.

Chajás are made with peaches and cream, magically combined with cake and meringue.

They are delicious (and especially good with coffee). A friend told me that many have tried to copy the Chajá, but no one can make them the way they do in Paysandú, Uruguay.
